Restaurant
The restaurant consists of an internal room and an external patio. The internal room is bright and dominated by a large mural depicting a scene of the Sicilian "puppets" of the traditional popular theater. The large outdoor terrace opens onto the countryside and is an ideal place for breakfasts, aperitifs and magical candlelit dinners. Even in the hottest moments of summer, the micro climate of Cavalonga, warm but breezy, makes dinners on the terrace particularly pleasant. The restaurant is always open for breakfast and brunch and for dinner most evenings during the week.
The buffet style breakfast offers typical Sicilian products, cheeses, ricotta, sweets and seasonal fruits, some of which are collected in the Cavalonga garden.
The fixed menu dinner propose traditional Sicilian dishes cooked with fresh products from the surrounding countryside and nearby sea.
Aperitif
The aperitif allows to enjoy a good selection of wines from the best Sicilian wineries, special artisanal beers, as well as the most usual cocktails, all accompanied by tasty local products.
Corsi di cucina
Su richiesta, vengono organizzati corsi di cucina per piccoli gruppi di persone. Durante il corso si imparano a cucinare alcuni piatti tipici siciliani che poi vengono gustati insieme ai vini delle cantine della zona.
